Carmen’s Jamaican Authentic Cuisine Food Truck will be at Virginia Beer Company on February 17th
Nothing goes better with a cold beer than a Carmen’s beef patty. Carmen’s Jamaican Authentic Cuisine is locally owned and family operated by Carmen Blair with help from her son Andre. Carmen’s mother taught her to cook using just the right amount of Jamaican spice and flare so you can count on it being delicious.
Carmen’s menu features a variety of authentic Jamaican dishes including jerk, curry, fried and pineapple chicken, Oxtail, curry goat, stewed pork, jerk chicken egg rolls, cabbage, rice and beans, fried plantains, jerk fish tacos, BBQ pork, fried wings, and Ackee and Salted Cod Fish – Jamaica’s National Dish. The food is full of flavor and served with love.
