Husband and wife team Matt and Nicole Sileno are the owners of Matchsticks BBQ Co., a super-friendly, super-delicious authentic wood-smoked BBQ food truck that features pulled pork, ribs, brisket, and sausage sandwiches and meal platters. They also offer full service catering for events such as weddings, corporate functions and more.
