About Matchsticks BBQ
Husband and wife team Matt and Nicole Sileno are the owners of Matchsticks BBQ Co., a super-friendly, super-delicious authentic wood smoked BBQ food truck that features pulled pork, ribs, brisket, and sausage sandwiches and meal platters. They also offer full service catering for events such as weddings, corporate functions and more.
In 2019, Matchsticks BBQ launched The Lunch Box Program that allows customers to add $2 to their order which will be donated to local Williamsburg James City Country (WJCC) Public Schools to help erase lunch debt and provide funds for children who cannot afford school meals.
