The Uncle Russ Dockside Seafood will be at Virginia Beer Company on September 9

Every Monday is COLORING NIGHT in the Taproom!  VBC will be supplying colored pencils and coloring books. Submitted artwork will be shared on Facebook and the piece with the most likes that week will make it to our Beer Fridge — and we’ll award the winner a prize from the brewery vault (rotating swag and gift cards)! All ages welcome.

Every Monday is also INDUSTRY NIGHT! Since 2017, we’ve been proud to host our food + beverage service industry brethren on Monday’s for Industry Night. If you work in food & beverage, let our team in turn welcome you every Monday from 4-9 pm

About Uncle Russ

Uncle Russ’ Dockside Seafood Market provides fresh local and regional seafood, hand-cut local raised beef,  made-in-house sausages, a take-out menu, and catering. Owner and operator Russ Gibbons, a restaurant industry veteran and graduate of the American Culinary Federation program, has 30 years of experience. He operated MJM Seafood Trading Company, a wholesale provider of fresh seafood. The menu includes crab cakes, homemade onion rings, hush puppies, clam poboy, corn fritters anymore. Depending on the market, fresh seafood includes amberjack, wreck fish, black sea bass, tuna, and farm raised Canadian salmon.
