Foodatude food truck will be at Billsburg Brewery on February 22nd, 2019

Chef Jim’s newest venture, the FoodaTude Food Truck, offers quick and quality meals, small bites, appetizers, desserts and more. The menu features soups, sauces, and smoked meats and more – sourced locally when possible. Popular selections include Pulled Pork BBQ and Smoked Brisket smoked low and slow over hard wood for hours. Along with always-delicious award-winning food, Foodatude also caters event large and small.

Founded by Dave Baum. Billsburg Brewery was born from a love of traditional lagers, pilsners and ales and Dave’s desire to create a space where family, friends, and the community as a whole could gather together and make great memories.

The brewery is nestled on a 10-acre marina with breathtaking views on the water, just off the Colonial Parkway, and mere miles from America’s original brewery. The staff at Billsburg work hard to craft our favorite beers and we’re excited to offer our patrons lagers, pilsners, and ales reminiscent of America’s rich brewing history.
