Busch Gardens has unveiled its upcoming season lineup, highlighting new shows, returning favorites, and the park’s newest attraction set to open this spring.
Kids Weekends Continue Through April
Kids Weekends are already underway and will run on Saturdays and Sundays through April 19. This year introduces a new Globe Theater show, When the Pages Turn, which follows a young girl named Chloe as she rediscovers creativity and kindness through her favorite stories.
Select weekends will also feature special appearances from Peppa Pig and the Power Rangers for meet-and-greet sessions.
Food & Wine Festival Returns
The park’s popular Food & Wine Festival is back for its 13th year, bringing new flavors and menu additions. Busch Gardens notes that the festival has grown into a beloved tradition and remains Virginia’s largest food and wine event. More details are expected soon.
New Summer Shows
Two shows will debut this summer:
- Across the Pond — A musical tribute to iconic UK artists, performed at the Globe Theater.
- Kinetix — The high-energy nighttime spectacular returns to the Royal Palace Theater after a hiatus.
Concert Series Update
The park has added The Beach Boys to its concert lineup, performing Saturday, April 25 at the Royal Palace Theater. Other scheduled performers include:
- Flo Rida — May 2
- Pop 2000 Tour featuring Chris Kirkpatrick of *NSYNC, O‑Town, Ryan Cabrera & LFO — May 16
- Hoobastank — May 30
- Skillet — June 13
New Attraction: Verbolten — Forbidden Turn
Opening this spring, Verbolten: Forbidden Turn is the park’s newest ride experience. Park President Kevin Lembke says the attraction blends the beloved elements of the original coaster with an expanded storyline set in the Black Forest. Guests will encounter new characters and narrative elements beginning in the queue and continuing throughout the ride.
While an official opening date has not yet been announced, Busch Gardens plans to offer an exclusive preview for members before the ride opens to the public.
