Waypoint Restaurant’s Tina Phillips launched the PROST! food truck in 2017 with her husband, John, who is president of Phillips Energy. Named after the German word for “cheers”, the PROST! mobile restaurant specializes in authentic German dishes as well as soups, salads and side dishes – all at affordable prices. Their menu features classic German fare such as Brats, schnitzel, frites (aka French Fries) and much.
