Biking the Virginia Capital Trail and you find yourself with a flat tire, or needing some medical assistance? Don’t worry, there is a group of dedicated volunteers, the Bike Ambassadors of Virginia’s Capital Trail out riding and helping out. Featured on NPR, the program is similar to other existing volunteer organizations already in place.
