Terra Di Siena Cooking School Experience

Part of an ongoing series of culinary delights and instruction. Join the Williamsburg Winery on Friday, March 27th at 6PM for a cooking school experience featuring their friends from Terra di Siena and their Italian-style cured meats! Following a sparkling wine welcome reception, Chef David will present a cooking demonstration at 6:30PM showing how to make his Confit Duck Carbonara and discussing how to cook with Italian deli meats from our friends Terra di Siena!

Following the demonstration, enjoy a delicious 4-course dinner highlighting Italian meats, each course paired with a Williamsburg Winery wine. Each guest will receive a recipe card to recreate the featured dish at home.

​Tickets are $70 per person, $65 per Wine Club Member. Tickets must be cancelled 72 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Must be 21+.
