Matchsticks BBQ Co. is a smoked-BBQ food truck. It is run by husband and wife team, Matt and Nicole Sileno. After getting married themselves in March 2017 they decided to follow their dreams of starting a BBQ food truck. With success at local breweries and festivals, Matchsticks BBQ Co. is now offering their catering services for weddings and events.
