Going into its 7th year, this extremely popular culinary event that draws over 600 guests annually, will return on Friday, November 9, 2018!
Back by popular demand – live music by BJ Griffin and the Galaxy Groove.
Featured chefs: Amber Ox, Beretts, Craft 31, Opus 9, Fat Canary, Waypoint, Williamsburg Winery, Williamsburg National, Carrot Tree, Spice Palace, Hound’s Tale, Trellis Bar & Grill, Custom Culinary Cuisine, CW Historic Area, The Catering Company, and Cappahosic Oysters wil be selling raw and roasted oysters (not included in ticket price).
Friday Chowderfest $36.00
Your $36 ticket includes unlimited chowder tasting from some of the area’s finest establishments, two drink tickets for beer or wine and lots of amazing live music and dancing. Or make it a weekend to remember and get a whole weekend pass for $14 more! You get to help decide who has the best chowder, so come hungry and ready to sample. With approximately 15 stations around the tent perimeter, hosted by our finest local dining establishments like: Fat Canary, Waypoint Seafood & Grill, Craft 31, and reigning champs from 2017 – Amber Ox Public House. This event is a great way to meet the people behind the food and chat with the chefs. Be nice, and they might even share some chowder tips with you 😉 Get your tickets early as this event usually sells out quickly!! Price increases at the door. Proceeds benefit CultureFix!
Saturday Noktoberfest $25.00
Noktoberfest, from Noon – 4pm. Come and experience an authentic Octoberfest event under a huge heated tent with endless pretzels and beer, served by beer maids and men in traditional lederhosen. Specially brewed beer form Alewerks, Virginia Beer Company, and the Precarious Beer Project. Prost Food truck will be serving Fabulous German fare for purchase, and long communal tables will make for a celebration to remember. Signature beer glass included. Your $25 ticket includes endless pretzels and beer during the event. Our 3 favorite local breweries Alewerks, Virginia Beer, and Precarious Beer Project will be pouring their finest Oktoberfest style beers.Prost food truck will have German style food to purchase. A Live Oompah Band will get you in the mood for some fun, and friendly competitions. Everyone will get a commemorative beer mug from the event
