The Scottish Pig Food Truck a locally owned caterer and food trailer. We make North Carolina Style chopped pork, brisket, ribs and chicken. Our home base is Saude Creek Vineyards; we are there every Friday night, Saturdays and Sundays. We can cater small and large parties. We also travel to some local breweries. (Tradition Brewing Company, Virginia Beer Company).
