Kirbside Dawgs And Hawgs is owned by Kirby himself (he goes by the name of “Gnome”) who operates his business – not from a food truck – but from his trusty hot dog cart. You can regularly find at local breweries and community events throughout Williamsburg in his bright red gnome hat. He offers delicious 100% beef Nathans Hot dogs, bratwurst, spicy polish sausage, brown kraut,  “Dawg or Hawg Bowls” with chili and cheese, caramelized onion rings, pulled pork, Muddy Buddies and more!
