



Chef Neval has worked with food since he could walk. At home he was busy making Biscuits, Cakes, Breakfast Foods & Frying Chicken. He even sold Fresh Picked Greens from his Garden.
After graduating from Gloucester High School, Chef Neval worked almost everything from Mom & Pop to Fast Food to Fine Dinning.
Our Head Chef started at Colonial Williamsburg in 2007 under the highly respected Chef Hans Schadler, Chef Hill & the Late Chef Swan.
Over the next 12 years, he worked beside many Chefs during the rebuilding of Experiences that locals loved & missed after the Lodge shutdown for Renovation.
Chef Neval was on the team that was the last Winner of W.A.R.A 2017 IRON CHEF COMPETITION.
In 2020, he started his own catering company, Double Threat Cook LLC.
After the Pandemic, Chef Neval was hired by Chef Jake (whom he had mentored earlier in their career paths) for a Culinary Team help make the Williamsburg Winery a destination.
Chef has also worked two of Chef Carlo’s Truffle Dinners with Chef Hans & Our Culinary Family.
In his spare time, Chef Neval is a Foodie, a Family Man & Private Chef.
