Karen Jonas is a Virginia singer-songwriter raised in the heart of Fredericksburg with numerous albums of original and cover songs. Her fifth album, The Southwest Sky and Other Dreams, features Americana tunes crafted by beautiful storytelling. She has been on the road since 2014 in support of her debut album Oklahoma Lottery followed by 2016’s Country Songs, 2018’s Butter, and then Lucky Revisited which debuted at #13 on the EuroAmericana chart. She has shared the stage with Dale Watson, Alabama, Joe Ely, Bob Schneider, Robert Earl Keen, and Amanda Shires. In 2018, Jonas was nominated for a Ameripolitan Award and was recently named ‘Best Country/Americana Artist by the Washington Area Music Awards.
