Smokers are fueled by hardwood coals and the meat is high quality, locally or sustainably sourced, pasture raised and certified humane. Guests will enjoy favorites like pork belly bites, prime brisket, pasture raised chicken, Heritage Farms ribs & pork belly, while classic bbq sides such as pit beans, mac & cheese and coleslaw will each have a unique twist.

    The Virginia Beer Company is a brewery, taproom and beer garden in Williamsburg, Virginia. The brewery was founded in 2016 by graduates of The College of William & Mary and has become one of the area’s favorite gathering spots. Year-round beers are complemented by a rotation of limited edition Experimental IPA’s, Barrel-Fermented Brett Saisons, Barrel-Aged Imperial Stouts, and many others. The brewery also offers outdoor/patio setting, food trucks, live music, and special events – all in a family-friendly (and dog friendly!) atmosphere.
