Earthy and edgy, Mercy Creek offers a unique blend of aggressive folk rock that will captivate and entertain. See them live Feb. 10 at Triangle.
Based in Virginia, the band is made up of singer/songwriter/guitarist Cheryl Nystrom Ball and songwriter/drummer Jim Ball who combine modern folk with rock, blues and bluegrass for a sound that is fresh and organic.
Mercy Creek have released a variety of independent albums with songs that were used nationally on syndicated radio shows and charted on national radio stations. They hit #50 in FMQBs Adult Album Alternative charts and continue to write, perform and produce new music.
