Williamsburg Virginia Food Trucks: Bald Guys Pies

My name is Chris and I was born and raised in Williamsburg VA, at the Williamsburg community hospital before it turned into apartments and student housing.

I started my culinary journey at DaddyOs pizza when it was still on the corner as a pizza cook, Moved on to the blue talon, and then worked through the ranks at The Williamsburg Inn after completing culinary school. After 8 years there the wife and I wanted a change, so we sold what we could and moved across country to San Diego and learned from a huge amount of extremely talented chefs! Now, 5 years later with a daughter on our hip, we are BACK! We can’t wait to show you what we can do. We love the classics, but expect to see some wild flavors as well for those a little more adventurous!

Our focus is Neapolitan style pizzas but once we get our feet wet we will start to break out some Detroit style as well as some other cool stuff. We thrive on lifting up fellow small businesses, and supporting wherever we can, so our veggies will be bought from our neighbors any chance we get, and we use organic flours grown and milled in the USA!
