Food Truck: Bald Guys Pies – Billsburg
Our focus is Neapolitan style pizzas but once we get our feet wet we will start to break out some Detroit style as well as some other cool stuff. We thrive on lifting up fellow small businesses, and supporting wherever we can, so our veggies will be bought from our neighbors any chance we get, and we use organic flours grown and milled in the USA!

Food Trucks – Old City – Alewerks
Old City Barbeque’s Williamsburg food truck brings the same hardwood‑smoked, whole‑hog flavor locals love from their York Street restaurant directly to breweries, festivals, and community events across Greater Williamsburg.
Their mobile menu highlights prime brisket, pasture‑raised chicken, Heritage Farms ribs, pork belly, and scratch‑made sides like pit beans, mac & cheese, and coleslaw — all prepared using the traditional, coal‑fired smoking process the brand is known for.
Old City Barbeque prides itself on high‑quality, locally or sustainably sourced meats and a commitment to classic barbecue craft, celebrating the whole pig and fueling their smokers exclusively with hardwood coals. Their food truck serves many of the same favorites found at their brick‑and‑mortar location — including sandwiches, tacos, crispy fried pig’s ears, pork rinds, and rotating specials — all made from scratch.
